As Business Manager and co-founder, Mark brings 15 years of experience in
business management/ownership combined with many years of competitive racing. 
Mark manages all of the aspects of the day-to-day business .


Jon-Paul Novelli
As Head Race Technician and Co-Founder, Jon-Paul has formal training from the
College of DuPage and the Russell racing school.Professional experience is with
Chip Ganassi Racing and Griggs Racing.


Ed Pasek
As Facility Manager at the Autobahn Country Club Ed operates the go-kart shop and handles maintenence on all client vechiles at the location. Ed not only brings10 years go-kart racing and 11 years SCCA road racing experience to the table but also is a seasoned fabricator and mechanic. Ed has done major chassis updates as well as complete race car design and fabrication which have brought him to the SCCA Runoffs twice. He is the inovater and fabricator of a fuel efficient street concept vehicle. In addition he serves as the Web Master for Fall-Line.


Tim Stratton
As Shop Manager, Tim is taking care of all of the scheduling, parts ordering, and inventory, as well as customer relations. Tim’s experience includes Service Writer at a BMW Dealer, Technician for 6 years, and service writer at Mercedes. His education includes a UTI automotive degree, and technical school, and Audi graduate course. Tim is a very passionate car guy, and aspires to race himself!

jeff
Jeff Griffin
As a master fabricator, Jeff has over 14 years experience in custom fabrication of race parts, roll cages, tube frame chassis, Headers, exhaust, custom turbo systems, and more. He is experienced in Motec, and AEM engine management, as well as Auto Cad Design software. Jeff draws on his 10 years of rally racing, which includes 3 championships, as well as his ice racing experience to help him with his custom fabrications. Jeff has become a prime asset to Fall-line Motorsports.

Mike
Mike Grady
Mike has extensive experience in Pro Racing, including 10 years in Trans-Am. He is well traveled in Racing, having participated in the 1000k Race in Suzuka Japan twice, the 24hrs of LeMans twice, 12 hrs of Sebring 4 times. He also spent 4 years in ALMS, 1 season in Grand-Am Rolex GT, as well as Ferrari Challenge, and SCCA experience. Mike has served the role of Crew Chief, Team Manager, Tire Engineer, and Crew in all of the above series.

Tom Burek
Six years SCCA racing experience, three years crew chief for GT2 Porsche, two years consecutive Runoffs champion crew chief 2006 and 2007. 2008 season pit crew member and mechanic for Koni series GS class BMW M3. Over five years experience as Viper mechanic and performance parts installer. Over 20 years automotive mechanical experience.

Chris
Chris Nielsen
As Master Fabricator, Chris is building Roll cages, and doing all kinds of fabrication work, such as exhausts, sheet metal panels, gussets, and headers. Chris has 9 years of fabrication experience, 6 of which were in high performance automotive applications. He has prototyped several custom turbo kits, and is an unbelievable welder!

Rob
Rob May
Rob May serves as Team Manager for Fall-Line Motorsports Race Team. Robs duties are to (not so) simply be sure everything has been taken care of for a successful race season. From Travel and Team Services, to Data and Race Strategy. Rob has been involved in Motorsports since the beginning, his parents were avid racers, and now so is Rob. With more SCCA wins than he can count, and 10 years in professional racing, working in series such as SCCA World Challenge and Grand-Am, doing electronics and data, Rob is well qualified for the position. When Rob is not at the track with the Team, Rob takes care of the in house tuning on the Dyno, and electronics on customer cars for the shop.

James
James Pauly
James is the dedicated car chief for the race team. James also helps out in the shop on customer cars as time warrants. James has been involved in Koni Challenge racing for 5 years. Prior to Koni Challenge, James was a crew member for Rolex GT, and SCCA teams. James is a certified BMW Technician, and has built several Club Race cars, as well as driven extensively.

Chuck
Chuck Davison
As Tire and Wheel Specialist, Alignments, and General Maintenance Tech. Chuck brings over 15 years experience working on high performance street cars and race cars. Chuck is a master wheel and tire mounter, and also does alignments, and general maintenance. Chuck also drives our trucks and trailers.

Rene
Rene Orellana
As Race Team Member, Logistics, and Shop Maintenance, Rene is well known in the shop as “the hardest working man in racing”, he is never idle. Rene takes care of all of the shop maintenance, is in charge of logistics (moving cars from the shop to the autobahn etc), and is also a key member on the race team. Rene travels to all of the Pro races, and is in charge of paddock security, as well as and over the wall crew person in pit stops.
